Lucy Buckroyd is a printmaker and artist based in Tooting, South London.
I am interested in the visual forms and patterns that can be found in our everyday surroundings and enjoy the challenge of reducing them to their essence through the graphic simplicity and sharp contrasts of ink drawings and lino prints.
I am a mother to two young children and enjoy capturing fleeting childhood moments through my art.
I have a strong family connection to Cornwall and spend as much time there as possible, so it also features heavily in my art. I love swimming in the sea.
